Stays of less than 5 days may be subject to a

The above prices are for one week (7 nights )Arrival time is after 4:00pm and Departure is by
10:00am. Guests arriving between 4:00pm and 10:00pm can check in at the Clubhouse. After
10:00pm, keys and check-in letter can be collected at the main gate (proof of booking required )
Prices include cleaning prior to arrival and after departure, utility bills, pool cleaning. All bed linen and
bath towels are provided. We regret we are unable to supply beach towels. Cribs and highchairs
can be hired locally @ $10.00 per day/item. Please notify us in advance should you need to arrange
this facility.

A security deposit of $250.00 (credit card )is required on check-in to cover any possible
damages. Following satisfactory property inspection after departure, this amount will be credited
back to the card within 14 days of departure.

Use of telephone requires credit card details.

Pool heating is recommended between November and May at a cost of £12.00 ($22.00 ) per
day. (if pool heat is required, please let us know at the time of booking )

A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking and full payment should be made
at least 10 weeks prior to departure. Payments can be made in pounds sterling or US dollars or by
credit card via PayPal. Cheques should be made payable to P L Flowers.
